On 11/24 my younger brother died. As my older brother and mother are the only remaining members of the family, and my mother has dimentia and my older brother is homeless, it is up to me to handle the estate and arrangements.

It was during this that I discovered why I was unable to find my father and brothers gravesite in the cemetary - my mother buried them in an unmarked grave. She never arranged for a grave marker.

I've just gone bankrupt - lost everything I own and am currently residing in my mother's house, which has been lacking maintenance for at least a decade.

I'm at my whit's end - the brother that just died was the only member of my family that was ever helpful with anything, and the only one that was not a great deal of work to get along with.

I have no money - no real home of my own (I've been sleeping on my mother's couch for more than a year) and most of my personal property had to be left behind in my house when I was forced to leave it because I could not get any help from anyone in my family to move.

Now, I have to deal with my mother, who was never easy and is now impossible, and my brother's estate - all of which is going to be lost to pay for medical expenses, between my mother's illness and my brother's.

To top all of this off, I'm on disability because of my back, for which I have already had 3 operations and need at least 2 more, barring complications. When my dependent child reaches adulthood, and her support is cut off, I will not be able to support myself.

Somebody tell me just how am I supposed to handle all of this alone???
