I just could not accept that she felt this way. I had always tried to be a good friend to her!
It's been nearly a year now since we have spoken and i have given up trying to mend things, I am 60 years old and i am not prepared to just change my ways just to please my sister and the rest of my family for that matter.
You need to block her on facebook and stop trying to please everyone at your expense. hug from me Juney
I also realized that I would never continue to have a relationship with someone who talked to me like that. I've made excuses for her behavior for 47 years but I would never even once have taken abuse like that from someone else. So it stops. Thank you for listening.
Your sister needs to be blocked from your Facebook immediately. What she wrote on your Facebook page is abuse and harrassment. It was meant to hurt and embarrass you. How cruel people can be - yet she claims to be a Christian. I, too, am a Christian and I would never hurt anyone like she has hurt you. Next time she tells you that she hates you and so does the rest of the family, use this - Christians are taught to love one another (even their enemies). Christians also know that they are not to judge others (that is God's job, and He does a darn good job of it - he doesn't need our help). To claim to be a Christian is to live a Christian life, and she is not a good example. Also, who gave her the authority to speak for the other family members.
Don't waste your time crying over people who aren't worth it. You are important and I'm
sure there are thousands of people who love you compared to one sibling who is an embarrassment to all Christians in this world. Hold your head high and walk with pride.
