Family Issues Support Group
Family issues is a huge range that go from minor conflict to major misbehaviour and even abuse on the part of individual members of the family occur. Whether you feel you are in a dysfunctional family or you're dealing with a very specific issue, this is the place to talk about it and find others who might be going through the same thing.
If you go to school, you can apply for living assistance and use a portion of your school loans to help pay for rent, utilities, food, etc. Do you have a job? If not, get one. Right now a lot of places are hiring for gardening/summer/home repair (Think Home Depot, Leow's, home improvement type stores). Any kind of job will do. Between school and even minimum wage employment, you will be able to take the first steps towards bettering your life.
If you are in high school, go talk to your counselor about what's going on at home. They should be able to help you. Most high schools also have a "career center" and can connect you with people in your community that will help you find employment, and start the process of attending college, learning about grants and scholarships, etc.
You could also try talking to your mom. Chances are she's acting out towards you because she is miserable and unhappy. Maybe trying asking her... Are you happy, Mom? Also, don't allow her to go unchecked when she says hurtful things to you. Just tell her, "What you just said hurt my feelings. I'm not going to listen to you anymore when you say hurtful things."
If your mom and dad have a bad relationship, maybe ask your mom why she stays? It might give you an idea of why you are staying when you are not happy there. Who knows, maybe you and your mom can leave together?
You are 23 years old and I don't know the circumstances surrounding the reason you still live with your parents, but at 23 you should probably start considering how you could support yourself for the long term. Moving to a city, as Alice said, would be good for job opportunities and also public transportation.
Sometimes parents can become resentful if their kids stay living with them for too long and it comes out in the form of emotional abuse. My suggestion would be to figure out a way to earn money so you can get a car and move out.....then you can choose to continue or discontinue your relationship with them.
