Family issues is a huge range that go from minor conflict to major misbehaviour and even abuse on the part of individual members of the family occur. Whether you feel you are in a dysfunctional family or you're dealing with a very specific issue, this is the place to talk about it and find others who might be going through the same thing.
Just see how he feels tonight and go with the flow. I know how you feel about being chased around the house. There was a time I couldn't do the laundry without being grabbed. We're a bit older now and more understanding of who feels like it when.
I feel for you though; those poor guys and their hurt feelings over the smallest of slights.
PD I remember those days of being chased around and loving it. But that was years ago when there were no kids and fewer responsibilities. Somehow my husband seems to think I exist for his pleasure. And of course he falls asleep after which leaves me rushing around to get caught up. I wonder if he will ever realize that if he were more helpful to me I would be in the mood more often?? Wishful thinking....
There is an ailment about this and I have put an article on it below. My husband and I are divorced.

oh, then don't forget, homework, paying bills, baths, dinner and getting them into bed. GEEZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Going, you'll be fine; these things happen in a marriage; sometimes the plans just don't work out... I can remember one night that all three of our kids came down with the chicken pox. I was running ALL DAY with them; DH comes home from work, eats dinner, relaxes while I'm still trying to get the kids comfy and in bed and THEN when I finally get them settled, he wants sex? Seriously????? GET AWAY from me!!!!!!!!!!!! lol I can laugh now over that but it wasn't funny when it happened.
You see Going, we've been through it! There's many more times for you to have a super great night or morning and then other times, not such a good time...
Our problem was a lack of communication and understanding plus I wasn't feeling overly great in the self-esteem department. We work on it; argue sometimes, talk more. In all honesty, he feels he is getting older and loves me to death and wants the sex to be like it was. We compromise; well, sort of, haha! I know women who have been the ones with the needs. Marriage is ups and downs; about the timing and place of his question? Yep, sometimes men can be clueless on waiting for an appropriate time and place for discussions. You will work it out. Know you are not alone and it can get better through honest discussions with your husband.
