I want to talk about my problems but I'll get a bunch of hate for it I know but I need to talk to someone about what's going on. 


Our mom died almost 1 year ago and my dad is always at work. He got 2 hours of sleep last night just to go back to work and get 3 hours of sleep max tonight before going back so he's basically never here. 


My step sister is acting out more and I need to talk about what's going on and what I can do with what I have to work with.

Maybe if you text your Dad it might work. See if he comes to you to talk. Remember you only can do so much. Maybe you can find a grief counselor to talk to, for you. Im 60 and lost my mom a year ago. It is so different losing Mom than any other family members.

We live in the country and it's hard for him to take us to therapy cuz it will take a couple of hours to come home and take us to town and back. He basically has to go back to work then. He's looking for a house keeper or nanny or something. No luck there yet.

Try to find a grief support group online. Maybe read articles or books
about getting through grief online.

I agree to text your dad about what's going on ... Explain what is happening with your sister....I also agree to look into real life grief support..... xo

I'm sorry to read of the loss of your Mom...so very hard on you, on top of your dad working so much. You don't say how old you are, but if you are in school, perhaps a teacher could help....and therapy on line if you are not able to get to an office.

No doubt your Dad is doing the best he can, but that doesn't mean that you and your sister need to take the place of your Mom...you can't...that is alot to shoulder. I do hope he will find someone to help soon!

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
