In this family there's a lot of issue about money
I can only ask for things I need.
I can only ask for about 10$ a week or even less
If I ask for money there's ether an argument or a yes.
So that's why I don't ask much for money.. my dad gave me some money from the taxes not long ago but now I'm almost out of money that money was given to me in January. I'm almost out of it and I need to buy some important stuff.. Last week I was given 20$, 11$ of that was for my phone and the rest was for whatever I wanted, soo I used it for my moms present, I can't tell dad About what used my money for or there will be an argument I need some important stuff but now I don't have inoff for it..
I want to get a job at least until I have to travel to P.R and who knows when that will be. I'm thinking of trying and getting a job so I can always buy what I need. I don't want to leave the house yet I'm not ready for that. But I wanna get a job so I can leave peacefully and don't have to ask for money. I want to be relaxed at least until is time to go to P.R
I don't know what to do.. My mom said " don't worry I will talk to your dad to give you some money this week or maybe the next, and don't worry just wait in God" That's kinda of I annoying and from what I can see I can seriously say she doesn't want me to get a job I don't know what's her problem..
The reason I don't wanna move out is simple;
I want my dad to buy my ticket and drive me to the airport.. cause I don't know anything about that stuff.
I have been thinking lately of finding a job and with the money buy what I need for the time being and give the money for my ticket and for moms so my dad buy it for us So I can move to P.R. I know that may be the best thing my mom wants to go to P.R, and in P.R your not an adult until 21 but that gives me an alternative.. I'm nervous

What type of job do you think you would get? It is good for kids to get a part time job while they are in school. It teaches responsibility and independence. It would also give you a little money so you aren't always asking your parents for money. You could also save up some money.
What is in Puerto Rico? Do you have family there? Why does your mom want to go there? It doesn't sounds like you want to come back but what would you do there?
I think God would be smacking his head when your mom says to trust in him for this. Yeah, have faith in him, but to my understanding, God don't pay the rent or phone bill.
You need to get a job and grow up. What's in PR that you can't figure out here by getting a small studio apartment and still having your parents close to support your adventure in being independent?
I'm 18, I'm not in school, I don't really know exacly what type of job but right now I'm on the middle of my job search. I save money but is never inoff cause sometimes I seriously need stuff and it just goes away right now I only have about 30$ on my purse that I saved up. But This week I have to do some serious shopping cause I need stuff, like new clothes cause my clothes are old and some are even broken so I need to buy new ones, I have inoff clothes for going out but just for being in the house or hang out or play outside with the neighbor's kids. And yes in P.R is my family, I have to finish the 12 grade there cause they don't accept me in the highschool here cause supposedly I won't have inoff credits to graduate. But in P.R is different and the will accept me there.. Right now the problem is I need money to buy personal stuff and to save up some money to buy tickets to travel, I can just ask someone I know to buy them and everything is complicated right now everything is changing every day, so you don't know what's gonna happen next I have to figure out soo much stuff...... That's why I need advise

You want my advice? Don't go to PR. It seems like too many things are going on with you and the last thing you need is a move, IMHO.
You should be able to enroll in school as a senior for next year. Or if not, as a junior.
You need to get back in school and get an education. I'm an English teacher, and your writing competency is limited. You think you have issues now with money? Try getting along in life with the minimal skills you currently have.
I'd focus on doing whatever I can to graduate- not rush it, but really take the time to LEARN. Enjoy the time without pressure. Do your parents support you? I get the impression that you are kind of surviving on your own right now...???
You should then try to take some classes that could get you a decent, respectable job- like a dr's assistant or something.
Thoughts???
