We're hoping that some of the Family and Friends boards will be linked up in mental health in order to get them moving again.
It can help to make friends with some of the members here perhaps to have someone to message or hug when you want to for now

Sorry, I'm just as guilty. Been going through another rough patch with my girl and really trying to work with her so haven't had or made the time to get on here. It is so hard when she is distant and the only thing I know to do is be patient and be there for her when she is ready.

    Which explains the mysterious fevers and my extra fatigue. I'm so glad I pushed for answers.

    Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.
