Good luck.
@SeekingTheStars I know my ex he would get overwhelmed a lot, or he wouldn't understand all the social queues, so I would have to explain them to him and he was always very kind and appreciate about it. I would def give him sometime. From what I hear they just need space. I have ADHD, and I know how my mind works, its very exhausting. When sometimes they get a lot of emotions or a lot of text or emails it becomes overwhelming where you almost become paralyzed and unable to even answer. I know it should stupid like duh answer an email but its like too much stimuli. I don't have the ability to turn my brain off or not think of something, it isnt easy for me, so I can only imagine what its like for them. I would give him some space, maybe email him and ask if you two can meet up and talk in few months. ? In the two months I would do your research and see if this is the life you want.
@Madethkat Thank you for your words as well, you are right I need to figure out what I want. I know my head and my heart are not matching up right now. I miss him all the time, and there not a day that goes by I don't think of him and hope he is okay. I got in between of getting angry and then feeling really sad, that someone who so wonderful has to have such sad illness. It sucks because they are wonderful people and when BP takes over it just sucks, it sucks for all parties involved. I guess I wonder if he will change his mind at all? The only thing I cant really find information on is BP I and BP II , I know the difference between them I wonder if they react differently and if there diff triggers for each one? I wonder if being in relationship is more difficult then one or the other. I feel I read a lot about BP II but not much or many people with partners wth BP 1. I want to speak to my ex so I can tell him information about what I learned, I know he is a guy who is willing to do the work. I just want him to have good life with me in it or not. I know he is sensitive how do I bring up a conversation about his BP with out offending him, or placing blame that he dumped me because of this? I am not always good with my words, I am more action orientated person. I think I want to meet up with him and talk to him thats all i know for sure. As if I should get back together with him or if he still has feelings for I think I need to think about it. I guess my last question is, even if they act like they don't care and they are totally over you, do they care at all? or feelings just literally disappear like the wind?
