I think my mum is starting to go into Mania!?

I am fairly certain. No 100% though. Usually things get pretty bad when she does. So I'm not sure what to do. She is getting angry at me for asking if she is ok, so I am really worried about asking her to see a doctor just yet. I could be wrong so I don't want to upset her further. I'm feeling so guilty because I want to look after her, but she won't let me. She won't look after her self, so should I feel guilty? There is only so much I can do. But I feel like I should fix all this and I can't. If you go into mania can you come back out of it your self or do you have to have your medication readjusted?

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. They usually suddenly switch to depression. That could be days, weeks, months. The higher the high, the lower the low.
You need therapy and support for yourself. Unless you get her committed there probably isn't much you can do and you need to come to terms with that.
