I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Chronic tiredness from Long Covid plus the immunosupressing meds for my Crohn's is slowing me down but everything just seems a massive effort. I am dealing with the paperwork following my father's death but it's not...

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

You will not be able to control what your ex or her family do or say.
The only thing you can control is how you react.
As a father You want to protect your girls it in this situation it's not possible.
What I would say to do Is conduct yourself as father and man you want your girls to see. Never bad mouth their mom or her family to your girls. And always be there with hugs and love for your girls.
Your girls strength comes from you.
I'd suggest what you are seeing is something else?
Rev i understand that part its dealing with how they are now i am questioning, everything i do she undoes, its very unnerving and when your daughter has special needs its even worse,
I just found out my husband is bipolar yesterday 20 years. Our daughter took allot of punches in her childhood. everyone around saw him doing this, I just ducked and covered her and walked away or stepped in front on the comments to stop it causing big fights to protect her. I never knew then that he was sick. Wish I did, it would have made things less harmful to her. 42 now and it was the worst episode ever violent towards his uncle physical. It was like he was on drugs. Went so far as to make him take a drug test to proove he wasn't using anything. When the test including oxy's, vicodines etc showed all negative, my jaw dropped I was as well as many others who noticed the manic phase did. He was out of control, he kept saying I don't know why I do this, I don't know why I say these things. Fortunutly his mother was here from AK and noticed all of the signs that her herself has. I never knew she was bipolar, she never said. I know she had depression but not bipolar.
I'm still very nervous to see it come out again.
It took and act of god to get to the right doctor and you know it was hard just getting him to the 1st one. I myself begged my physician to help him. He was so mean I am sure asking him to drug test for me didn't help the situation which made him go OFF... The one good thing that came out of that test was everyone who has seen him go off, actually realized that he truly was sick and its not drugs.
not sure if this is the case with all bipolar pts but he had all the
symtoms of a drug user no sleep up all night, can't stop moving, rapid weightloss, busy all the time, no concept of money spending what we don't have, the only thing he didn't have was the eyes. Why no big pupils? thought he was taking pills then. I feel bad that I accused him. I didn't know. I couldn't live like that anymore, he was so upon himself, he's beautiful and i'm a pos. keep all this in mind, this disorder doesn't go away so make sure your girls know that she's sick cuz if I knew this along time ago it sure would have made my life allot easier and my daughters too.
