my daughter is not diagnosed with bipolar due to her age she is 12 houwever she is being treated as having bipolar tendencies they wont officially diagnos her until she is older, i have done alot of research and i understand, what i am looking for as a parent is are they any tricks or easy things to do (not that any of it is easy) on how to deal with her episodes when she is upset and angry and ways to help try and calm her down,

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

I think if it's bipolar there's not much you can do if she is getting out of control other than making sure she keeps safe.
If it's coming from the Asperger's I think there are things you can do. I found a bunch of videos by a guy that specialises in Asperger's - he did a number of short video interviews answering parent's questions. I think there are some that you may find helpful.

Remember asperger's and bipolar can get caught up with each other as I know from my own experience. Some of my aspie issues generate a huge amount of stress which in turn after a while kicks off by bipolar. So tackling the aspie issues might help overall.
Curious i have been around forever your right but thing is even the p doctor and her counselors arent sure which it is, i will watch the vidoes though
