I hope your dear ones and you are ok and having great happy holidays!
Mine haven't been great at all cause my BP boyfriend of 2 years is having a crisis since December 5th, so for me this year's holidays have been canceled. He is convinced I have cheated on him and I have done everything to make a fool of himself. I really sisn't and will not ever cheat on him and I am really supportive and would do anything for him to be ok. Cause if he is ok I am ok. Since than, we have talked basically on the phone and on chat: he throws at me all his anger acusing me of all the things I haven't done, and few times I tried to talk him out of it, but of course it didn't work. i know I shouldn't have, but I am just human and needed to tell him no to all the terrible things he was saying to me. In the last 3 days, since I just text him short messages to remind him I love him and I am here, he hasn't replied.
I need and advise: How do I leave him alone (this is what he asked me for and that's why he moved out), but let him know that I am still here and that I love him and I want to help??? when the crisis has any other reason than me (his thoughts of me cheating on him) I really have succeeded to hel him through and that has made me so happy. But now, he thinks that the only think I ever wanted was to hurt him (I really tried to do everything work, moved 10000 km from my home to be close to him). What shall I do??
He is taking his pills and his lithium dosis has been increased by his doc 2 weeks ago + zeroquel. He hasn't gone for a long time to see his psychotherapist though.

Even his parents that have been super supportive tell me that I would be better off without him and I know...But love doesn't take this as an answer...
