i swear florida has more sex crimes scandals laws passed people on the registry then any other state out there

Well I cannot find the post that was just about the Lakeland police dept. anyway that is what I am referring to -

i have waited to respond to this because I am so upset. The part that upsets me is that the state atty is saying there will be no charges because there is not enough evidence and the cases are old - WE ALL KNOW THAT IS BOGUS!! First of all they convict people everyday for sex crimes with a lot less evidence then this case. And the cases are not that old! This was maybe 2 to 3 years ago? Maybe less????? It makes me so sick i can hardly think about it! Some of those encounters were consensual but some of them were not. Some of them were unsolicited exposure (flashing) - really??? Are you serious???? In a police station??? And no charges?????? can you tell I am upset????? LOL
