I know that cp IS a registerable offense per Indiana Code 35-42-4-4 (c)Class D Felony and so is Promoting Prostitution IC 35-45-4-4 Class B Felony. But that's just it, he plea bargained to misdemeanors!
How fair is that? This attorney should have known better! We all need to write to the editor!

I hope all eyes are on this judgement in that county,and when the "guy down the block" is facing judgement he can somehow bring this case up and punishment and get the same deal ! Yeah Right ! We all know Freedom can be bought for sure !

The judge can't allow an illegal plea, which is why he called them back in. The judge cannot allow a plea that violates the law.
We in Indiana, will be watching this outcome!
