because they were all adults... If they had all been 16 then someone was getting arrested... although not sure who would get arrested...

I have to agree with Wisconsin. Besides, we have to remember that we DON'T want to see more people added to the registry. We are here because the registry is unconstitutional and unjust.
Personally, I am fighting for people NOT to be added to the leper list!

That's easy firecracker - because they are women, not men. Haven't you noticed how most of the time (not always, but usually) females are let off the hook, even if they are the instigators? Underage girls sexting to boys or men, age doesn't matter, usually results in the male suffering the more harsh consequences, not the female. We are in an age of tremendous disgust and hatred of men - that's my firm belief, and the center of my argument in general as to why the US has lost its mind re: sex offenses.

What really get me is that CA has some of the harshest laws re: sex offenders - they don't need no SORNA - they've done a fine job on their own.
