To the man in Ohio where the judge refused to hand him down a mandatory sentence for cp stating it was ridiculous and the DA was having a cow. Sent the man for about a 1 week in jail. Haven't heard anything new lately on it.

Surprised it's not in the news, sure the DA would have brought this to the media to give the judge the negative publicity. If you do hear, please post it.

No, I had not seen that one. This one was an older man who downloaded CP in Ohio, he was retired In his 60's. His wife was ill and had no one to take care of her. The judge said in good conscience he could not give him the mandatory 5 years. He sentenced him to 1 week and the DA appealed. Haven't heard anymore about it. The judge thought the laws were stupid, and should be based on a case to case basis.
