I do hope she takes him to the cleaners......wedding vows seem to mean nothing to some people now adays! I guess they do not understand the part about "forsaking all others as long as you both shall live". Was he involved with SO laws in California too?

What an idiot. If you dont want to be faithful to your SO why dont you just leave them. Spare them the pain of finding out you have been going behind their back. Not to mention having a child with someone else. I cannot imagine that pain.
