Omg you have hit a chord (no pun intended) with this post. I have always been someone who feels and expresses my emotions through music. Like I think there is a soundtrack to my life. Music speaks to my soul and has the ability to allow me to heal, find hope, and come to terms with so much. Joe...thanx for sharing. A runners high is like no other. Only those of us runners understand. For example....running the coastline of California was awesome. Then visiting New York City and running the streets of Manhattan..wow. Beaches of Jamaica...sweet. The power of running along the Niagra Falls...u can feel the energy. Its funny how i can remember all my runs every vacation but cant remember what i had for supper last night!

Actually .. I have fun making fun of it. Imagine your friends asking you what your significant other does for a living .. My response.. He races cars. They assume NASCAR lmao ... I'm like ohh no actually like the toy cars . He says he is an athlete but that has got to be the least athletic sport in the world right?? I always say, atleast we don't have to worry about him getting injured in a crash, right? And it's safe to say that there are NO groupies at R/C car races. He is the national champion so the really cool part is we go to California , New York and florida a couple times a year. He is sponsored so his sponsors make sure his son and I have spending money for entertainment when we go . My father owned a hobbytown USA before he died and I used to go out there and make fun of the dorks racing those cars.. And now I'm going to marry one. Ironic, right? He is lucky in that he loves what he does. Those cars go faster then regular cars.. Kid you not.. Brushless electric goes upwards of 140 mph . I'm happy that it makes him happy
