But I'm glad you have a lawyer working on this for you, it makes all the difference in the world.
There are RSOs living next to parks here. Why would a hospital be any different. It's not like the children walk there by themselves. I guess we're in the fight now.
PO's should be happy their people have a place to live. Thats a stability factor that makes people less likely to recidivate (and I know your son didn't commit a crime to begin with I'm talking in general). PO's should be able to be a pain in the ass for no reason, they should have to show logical reasoning for what they are asking of their probationers based on research that will help reduce recidivism. Living next a children's hospital shouldn't be a big deal.
PO told my son that bus loads of children were being dropped off in front of his house.. which is BS. It's all about getting in your head and controlling you. Just like they did when they ransacked his home and accused him of producing cp. My son knows this, but he's in the whirlwind and doesn't see it when it hits him that the PO is just trying to mess with his head. I see it, a day later. Our government has not only thrown my son in prison for something he didn't do, put a red letter on his head and ruined his life, but they are completing their campaign by mentally incapacitating him. My son is lucky in that he has me, and I finally have some money to try to defend his rights. The majority of RSOs don't have that and so they're easy targets for the government, which just makes this all scheme of theirs work so well.
Fight back if you can. Know your rights and realize that the government is not on your side. They want you scared, docile and paying with every penny you have and every bit of humanity you can hold onto.
If it were just me I would be like you Nak. but since it will be my hubby to pay the price we play the game with that in mind, him not being the savvy fighter that I can be.
I commend you for the battles you wage daily with your son, which are inspiring to everyone here...
Someone needed to thank you for what YOU do... :)
