Oh man this is great (until they change it of course) because all those people arrested in those stings would qualify under this - they are based on dirty talk and not even with a real minor! I do not see though how TX can change this though because if I understand correctly it is saying that the dirty talk is free speech? You cannot change that ....

Two guys from my fiance's group were reversed for something similar. One was caught in a sting and the other was talking to a minor.

The one that was talking to a minor couldn't keep himself out of trouble for three months while everything was being handled and was sent to jail. The other is off completely.
