CA Federal Lawsuit Offendex update

A federal lawsuit has been filed against 3 sex offender extortion websites by Attorney Janice Bellucci of California RSOL, financially supported, in part, by Reform Sex Offender Laws, Inc. Donations from people like you to our Legal Fund have made funding this lawsuit possible! Thank you to everyone who has contributed.

Below is a video with more information on the two men that run these 3 website. Please contact the Arizona Atty. General's office and pressure them to act also! Thank you!

The interesting part to me is that both these guys have felony Convictions.

they are shysters clear and simple - how is it they never seem to have their day. looks like they found a way to hustle and get away with it. really if we ALL get behind this we still may be able to make a difference. Call the attorney general - ask them what they are doing about it? easy to do - don't even have to get out of your armchair.

Did anyone else notice that sex offenders are called "the bad guys" and "the people who prey on the most vulnerable out there"? They also had a VERY condescending almost mocking tone when they said, "only THIS time they claim THEIR the ones being victimized and harassed." Once again media creating monsters out of EVERYONE on the registry. We should put their names on a registry called "Media Whores" and then put out adds calling them the lying, filth who fill your house, mind and kids with disgusting, biased fabrications about reality.

I will give them credit for covering the story, but to "call on police to act" is so hypocritical! How about we practice what we preach! STOP VILIFYING SEX OFFENDERS!

of course...something I will never get use to but more often than not that is how they portray our loved ones regardless of what they did. by posting this I was not condoning the verbal usage of the newscaster...just getting the story out there. the sad reality of it is it is part of the package and until more registrants come forward and tell their stories - show the public they are not predators I am afraid it will continue as status quo.
