That should send a signal that all of the individuals that are busted really need help. There is a distinct lack of emphasis on treatment and counseling. Media doesn't help-its ratings time and this stuff, sensationalizing an illness makes it worse. It also tells me that it doesn't matter what type of career one has, this affects all sorts across the socioeconomic, educational, race, and cultural backgrounds. It is time for change-stop punishing and start treating and educating-it'll save money, help keep communities and families safe, and will remove a lot of the stigma associated.

this is the uniformed division that this guy worked for... Not like the agents that protect the president and other officials... There is a difference... :)

Education is only as good as the people that are learning it... Many do not want to learn or just are too lazy to learn...

This isn't the first time. Everyone thinks that the secret service is all shiny but they have had numerous incidents dating back to the early 70's

They are also having more and more trouble finding qualified recruits that have clean records... I personally believe it is because it has become all to easy to become a felon in this country. It has become too easy to end up on the wrong side of the law. If you have a record, you'll never pass their background investigation.

There is no bureau/organization that is squeaky clean when it comes to breaking the rules... If a human is going to be involved there is eventually going to be people that will do what all human beings eventually do... They are NOT NICE and they will exploit Opportunities even if that means stepping on their fellow man... And since those agencies in the government are all based and built on the fact that they believe they know better/more than the average citizen about what is best for them, exploiting opportunities is what they do best...
