If you were to walk in front of your window without clothes and a man saw you - you could have him arrested for window peeking.... on the other hand if a man walked nake by a window and a woman saw him she could have him arrested for a sex crime......

our society is so full of double standards- As family members of sex offenders, we need to stand up and say enough is enough- these stupid laws don't protect anyone. On the other hand - not wearing underwear could
be viewed as a first amendment right.....

yep, walking around in your house naked can get your arrested if your seen.

and i thought that being a peeping tome or window surfing could get you arrested and charged with a felony? or is that only if some guy is peeping in the window of a child???

Up skirting already is in Australia. There's been a few cases doen hear about it.

I remember boys putting mirrors on their shoes in middle school so they could look up girls' dresses. We girls caught on, and started wearing shorts under our skirts/dresses....if a girl doesn't want to wear underwear, then she best be careful when she bends down, or get out of cars.....just my 2 cents
