This DA is the one that banned RSO's from all of the parks out here in orange county California and wanted all of the other cities to do the same saying that the parks are for kids and families i just don't get it ban people who are no threat yet stand behind people that can kill someone and say they did not do it Intentionally

I wish i could but i bet if i moved to another state they my make me register again or put me in jail for failure to register or come up with something that is the part that scares me California says i am no longer required to register but some place else may make me or they may put me in jail until they also decide i don't have to

true, true.... I remembered that you might have to do that... but if things get any worse, it won't matter if you are on the registry or not... LIke that guy with his grandson, you posted yesterday... he wasn't on the registry... but it didn't matter, he was of the male persuasion and that was all that was needed.

what has happened to this country? where everybody thinks you are a criminal or guilty until proven innocent i have been reading the comments on that beating some people can be so cold blooded saying he deserved to be beaten saying they found stolen things in his back back(when nothing was found) saying that he broke a cops arm and rib that did not happen either saying because he ran he was guilty and got what he deserved i think some people get such a sense of power to be able to sit behind a computer and say evil and nasty things about someones loved one but i bet if it was someone in their family or a friend they would be the ones to scream the loudest

You are right... it is what I believe makes oneofthem so angry most of the time... the sheer stupidity of the human animal to the point that compassion and acceptance is nothing but a slogan to be believed but not practiced.

But you have to admit oneofthem does have a point fight fire with fire why stand around and let someone abuse you or just stand there and let them destroy your things? if someone was to back me into a corner believe me i would come out fighting i am not saying just for the hell of it beat someone up or over throw the government only to protect yourself enough is enough........

I do agree with him... I just have learned to pick my battles differently than they will. That is probably due to their life experiences... I have been burned so many times trying to beat the system head on that I have learned that it is easier to corrupt from within than it is to allow them to see you coming.

I have always said that anyone bold enough to bring the fight to my doorstep are going to be in for a big surprise... I believe that we are closing in another 'Revolution' for Freedom once again. It won't be labeled that, but that will be what it is ultimately about. Although I am sure it will be seen more as a Civil War than anything else.

What I fear is going to happen is our economy is going to collapse, and all those people (like the women that called the police on that grandfather and the people that stood around and watched in this instance) are going to come to the rural areas looking for a hand out from the people that were smart enough to learn how to truly support themselves. Because they can't get it from the government that they so adored that gave them everything they ever wanted and more all of a sudden abandoned them.

I have a good portion of my informational page on the WI website devoted to NOT talking to the cops, and what the cops real roles and rights are because they like to overstep their bounderies in a round about way so as to not look like they are being bullies...

I watched anthor video of the scene and the cop was saying go home or your going to be arrested! One of them even hit someone who was filming it. I hope they can use that tape as evidence in court. The cop even said he was going to count to five, then he starts counting.......I hope that these police officers are not just let go. It makes me sick.

They knew who he was and that he was mentally ill and should have been aware as his father stated was probably off is meds. Since they knew this if anything he should have been subdued and handcuffed and taken to the hospital. There was a comment made that parents of these mentally ill children can not get help sometimes because they are to afraid for the police to respond. Almost all counties within about100 miles of me except the one i live in have had training offered by nami (national alliance for mental illness) If you have to call the police for help you ask for one of these officers. Reguardless it was brutal, sick and so very sad him calling for his father who was probably the one who always helped him
