Injustice is exactly what this is. They punish, then punish, then punish again. Because THEY are the ones with a fetish to hurt people.
When my son went to sentencing in Floriduh the prosecutor lied and while he told the judge that my son said he masturbated to children (which he never said) he also bent his knees and put his fisted hand near his private parts and moved his hips back and forth. The judge didn't flinch. You can't fight this stuff.
They do whatever they want. And the public has no idea what goes on as they keep passing new restrictions and laws.
I know you won't give up.

I am so very sorry to hear this, but sadly, I am not at all surprised as you and I have discussed before in our emails. Yes, state officials in Missouri royally suck!!!!!
My son plead guilty to on line CP here in New York State , was sentenced to 10 years, and is now facing similar charges in Montana. His lawyer hre told us that any staste where his name comes up in an investigation can charge him.
Remember that the Founding Fathers were traitors, rebels, and criminals. In many ways to their fellow country men in England they were feared much like the RSOs are in our country today. I want to share with you one of my favorite passages from the Declaration or Independence -

I have bracketed the parts that are important to me and doubled bracketed the one phrase I think is pertinent to my rhetoric. For those of you who have not read it in a while – I include a link to a transcript of the words – right under this paragraph they list their grievances with the government of England. Many of those complainants can apply in some fashion to our country today.
