Alright soto start off we are both trying to make it through this time. We saw our son today and he was just as happy as could be once he saw me.

Now to the other thing I thought of. When cps came to the house I was wondering how they got in. The drive way is about 300 feet to our house which you can't see from the road. Right at the beginning there is a gate that you either need a clicker or the code to get passed. The only Peoria with the clicker or the code is the other 2 residents on the road. One is the landlords (who are out of town) the other is an old man who works at night and sleeps during the day. Matt's po and the registering officer has the code to do home checks.

Since the lawsuit is on me and their lawyer says it has nothing to do with Matt, how did they legally get through the gate. If they got it from the po or the registering officer (which we know they didn't) who did they get it from? The landlords whorls have been calling to find out what was going on if it was them.
