This whole idea is the product of one Barbara Farris............. A Vigilante who HATES SO's........
She has been arrested a few times for harassment of SO's.............

Her Idea is basically a "Concentration Camp" that SHE will monitor!!!!!!!!!!!

Very Scary.

My hubby and I were talking about how most of what she does is vigilantism against SO's and run money scams. Perhaps her idea is to wait til everyone moves in, burn the "village" to the ground, collect insurance money and prove herself a heroine to the masses of haters for getting rid of so many "monsters" all in one clean sweep.

Cherokee, you are so right. I am just reading about her for the first time and I think she is the scum of the earth. What gives her the right to go door to door harassing the people on the registry. Did they do anything to her? NO! They are sitting at home watching tv on their couch and here comes this scumbag knocking at the door.

The fact that she wants a "villiage of SO's" is unconstitutional. That is the reason the residency restrictions are being repealed in my area.

Personally I see nothing wrong with a separate viliage or isolationism as long as steps are taken to insure everything acceptable. Give me some land ,a buldozer , a protable sawmill, a work crew and a stream of running water and in a year you will have a lot better place than you would ever have in the states. I am talking about a large growing area with irrigation, our own power station and our communial community with everything totally independent of the outside world.

Somehow Red, I don't think her vision is the same. There truly is something very fishy in her involvement, but I did hear that she backed out of it somewhere, didn't hear the reason tho... I do know however, that the angry residents of the area feel that they "showed her who was boss" and dodged and huge and scarey bullet.

Red55,to one alabama man to another...I see what your getting at about your views on the separate village but ,I just don t think that isolating RSOs from the world is a great idea ,don t you remember alabama try that with Blacks and Whites...(What the HELL was they thinking)...We RSOs have to fight like everyone else had too ,to live in the world with everyone else.....Is nt that what we re so against ,the laws pushing us out of our homes and telling us where to live ,and go.....If we RSOs were in a village "IT WOULD NEVER BE GOOD ENOUGH"!

Maybe Its just me. I don't like large groups and am not impressed with our modern society. The new world economy just impresses me as a really bad idea. I believe in simple living and keeping social contact to a minimum as a large group of reasonable people are hard to locate. I believe in individual thought and rights, even though I believe in socialism for the good of the group.
