Signed! No one should ban a book regardless of you agree with the subject or not. Shoot, you can write a book on how to build a bomb. It is our right to free speech!

I have read this book- I want you to expose this as a scam book with your documentation-not made up documentation, if you can’t do this than you’re a fraud! Or maybe a troll?

To thoes who have said Amazon can not ban a book, you are now called to jury duty?

On the books web site it has in big letters this book is bannd on Amazon

When people sign the petition-send it to Jeff Bezos CEO of Amazon asking him to uban the book, what will he say? will he say I have not banned the book- the author is a lier- make a fool out of every one?

Also, the reason some people think it is a scam is because of the behaviour of the person who came here promoting the book.

Here is how www.aami.tk got a bad rap on this forum; the author gave his book to every sex offender activist group in America- allowed them to share it, - a member of AAMI came on this forum like a charging bull.

Your second Youtube link is to a documentary about Slab City in California implying that by living there one could legally avoid having to register as a sex offender and remain off of California's public registry. I won't stoop to your particularly low level by posting links to registrant listings but in fact there are RSO's living there, by law they have to register just like any other sex offender and can be found on California's public registry.

What I will post is a link to is a news article about a registrant that tried exactly what you propose, escaping by residing in Slab City.

This abides a recommendation? That sounds suspiciously like something I've heard before! Where did I hear that? Oh yeah, when A.A.M.I. was peddling this trash before. That kind of thing leads me to believe all of the positive comments about this "book" are in fact fake.

I checked out the links. Slab City doesn't look like all that great of a place to live and certainly no place to raise a family.

Comments may be real and may not be. I cannot say. I notice you commented there about your grandson. You say the info in this book helped him. Can you please be specific as to how?

I went to Tom Madison's site, but could not find any place where he referenced the book or recommended it. Can you please give a specific link?

There's a difference between banning a book and simply deciding to not sell it. No one is forcing Amazon to sell or not sell any particular book, and it (Amazon) is certainly under no compunction to make available a book that it doesn't believe will be popular with its customer base. I'm sure that there are plenty of other companies who will do so, and plenty of other customers for such books.

I did contact Tom Madison as he is a facebook friend of mine and asked him if he endorsed this book. I was ready to give you any credibility due to you. This is what i wrote to Tom and his response....

I have read it-%99 of the content is how to legally remove your profile off of the public web site-be in %100 compliance of the sex offender registry, there is one chapter on living in Mexico that documents how you could legally exit the sex offender registry-if you only stay in the USA side under 5 days at a time.
If you live in slab city you still are registered, just your profile in not on a the web site because slab city- the other free place the book list do not have zip codes-thus you can’t be listed on the Megan’s law web site.

I do not need to read the book to know that even if it does contain some useful information the vast majority of it is completely false as every one of your supposed examples amply demonstrates.

Slab City is covered by no less than three zip codes and post offices, Niland CA, 92257, Winterhaven, CA 92283 and Brawley, CA 92227. The addresses are listed as "3 Slab City" or "330 BEAL RD SLABS". The best one could hope for is to be listed as "transient" which also means they would have to register every 30 days. Unlike the information in the book you are peddling this is verifiable fact.

Moving on to where "IT REALLY GETS SWEET". Being 100 feet off the coast of the United States will not absolve someone of having to register. Again the most this will do is remove the address but a person will still be listed as "transient" and be required to register more often. There is currently NO protection from law enforcement by being 100 feet of the coast.

The United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP), ICE-HSI Special Agents, and Coast Guard officers (E4 grade and above) who are all customs officers (those tasked with enforcing Title 19 of the United States Code) with the United States Department of Homeland Security, are permitted to search travelers and their belongings at the American border without probable cause or a warrant. Pursuant to this authority, customs officers may generally stop and search the property of any traveler entering or exiting the United States at random, or even based largely on ethnic profiles. The zone in which this can occur is within 100 MILES not feet of any US border including bodies of water like the ocean. This zone is currently a Constitution free zone. Further any of the agencies listed can "recruit" local law enforcement agencies to act on their behalf and any local law enforcement agency has the right to enforce federal law on behalf of the federal government should they feel the need to.

Finally even if everything in the book were true, none of it would absolve someone of the requirement to be on the federal registry.

A few simple Google searches will reveal that everything I've said is absolutely verifiable fact from multiple sources. Until you can say the same shut up and leave these people alone.
