Just had another confrontation with my family. They are very upset and very frightened that I am eventually going to be investigated because I used to use my phone at my BF's apartment before he was arrested and because I once worked from "home" at his place and therefore on his network. My career relies in the internet, so I am very scared right now :( He was arrested on July 3 and, as far as we know, forensics are still being done on all of his electronics. His original arrest was for 10 counts of CP possession, no idea what the final charges will be since FL has 175 days from date of arrest to file final charges. But the reality is that heis most likely going to jail. POssibly for 10 years minimum, from what I have seen about FL

I am scared and angry and nauseous. I love him, and I believe he is telling me the truth about everything. But this is one of the scary things, I guess. I can't lose my career over this. I really can't. I have been going it for too long and have too much invested in it. And, of course, this is tearing my family apart.

I am just heartbroken tonight. I wish I knew what to do. I wish I had real information to work with. I wish my family could see him as anything other than a pedophile, which I sincerely don't believe him to me (and my therapist agrees with me). But most of all, I wish all of this had never happened. I just want to cry and cry and cry.
