I myself have written my congressmen and senator many times about this which I did receive a simple reply.
RSOL is a national but what are they really doing?
I have donated to them many times but at this point I myself feel it is a total waste of my money.
How can RSOL be better, what do they need?
This one is mostly for you Dave.

If the intent if the law was to prevent sex trafficing, then making it only applicable to known sex traffickers would make more sense, but still believe it won't do as it's intended.
Sacramento has the highest % of sex trafficking, and of course CA has a lifetime registry and stringent SO laws. However, none if these laws prevent the sex trafficking...this is nothing more than a feel good law that will do nothing to prevent sex trafficking. I agree we should do what we can to prevent this from occurring, but we have to base our laws on facts!
