The government is stripping our rights with the premise of protecting us. Politicians use the attacks against SO's as a way to gain brownie points to help get them reelected.

The problem is (and I do not know where they got this statistic or if it is at all accurate) that the public immediately thinks things like there are more people that are molesters or now we have better ways to catch them and identify them. And of course this web page and the statistic is based on the whole Stranger Danger myth. If people only knew that they were being manipulated into a false sense of security and fear maybe we could get somewhere with these insane laws. While parents are looking on the internet to find the perceived dangers in their neighborhood they are missing the danger right there under their own nose where statistics show the true danger is!

The truth is (if this statistics is true) that the net of laws that constitute a sex offense is so broad that the numbers may be increasing in leaps and bounds. I have thought this for a long time.

Actually the crime rate for sex offenses has dropped across the nation.

From 1995 to 2010, the estimated annual rate of female rape or sexual assault victimizations declined 58%, from 5.0 victimizations per 1,000 females age 12 or older to 2.1 per 1,000.

Ugh its late and im having random extreme anxiety...about, well nothing. Needless to say my mind is in over drive, so forgive me if this doesn't make alot of sense.
I have been thinking about some "what if's" lately. So you know how older people, like typically in the 70's or 80's are very much known to be some of the most racist and homophobic people on the earth? They love people like sherriff Joe Arpaio because he deals with the Mexicans in a way they see fit. I believe the reason they are like that is because growing up they were "conditioned" to hate minorities and homosexuals. When they watched tv that is what was talked about, in a sense they were brain washed to become a certain way.
The same goes for all different generations, depending on when you were born, they was a certain "norm" that was accepted by society and taught to the children of those generations repeatedly.
Here is where my theory gets a little weird..lol but try and follow me. For the most part, what is the profile of the average guy arrested for downloading CP? We hear it from family members here all the time....typical CP offender is this : white male between the ages of ohhhh... Id say 23 and 34. Never been in trouble with the law. Always been known as generous, intelligent(some of the cases the men were well above average intelligance too) held down good jobs, basically the average American guy living next door to any of us at any time. Certainly not the kind of person who deserves to have the rest of their lives flushed down the toilet for looking at an image on a computer screen. I wonder why this age group is so prone to this? With most of these cases I would like to add that even though they are charged with posession of "child pornography" it is in fact 9 times out of 10 not "children" depicted in these pictures but rather teen girls or cops posing as girls in their late teens in pics that atleast appear to be consensual in nature. Back to my point though...why is this age group so vulneerable to doing these things on line? It is no secret the goverment is very much into subliminal messaging and conditioning. It would be interesting to go over some of the cartoons and shows aimed at boys in the early 80's . Somewhere at sometime these men had it installed into them that women in their late teens are what is considered to be sexually desirable. And for anyone who wants to sit there and say my theory is bullshit then the only other option is the parents of these boys failed them miserably, some how letting them grow up thinking that looking at these pics was legal/socially acceptable.
Though don't even get me started on my rant of how we parade tramps like miley cirus and brittany spears before they are of legal age and while they use their sexuality to sell records any man who thinks of these girls in a sexual way (even if he himself is a minor) shall be branded a pervert for life.
FUCK THIS COUNTRY AND ITS MIND CONTROL BULLSHIT. IT IS DESTROYING OUR FAMILIES AND OUR LIVES!!!!

Omg and I can't leave out the case of Kendall Kardashian! SIX DAYS after she had her 18th birthday she did a photo shoot that was on E! And in many magazines in which she wore a completely sheer outfit which clearly showed her entire breasts including nipples. It was her way of announcing her legal status. If that picture would have been released even a week prior then anyone who even looked at it would have been in possession of child pornography. Society would have deemed them a pervert, forced to register, probably for the rest of their lives. Their children would grow up thinking daddy was a pedophile, and at that point that persons life as they once knew it would have been over. A difference of literallly just a few days could have destroyed a persons life...

The suicide rate is staggering! I question the conclusion that they are dangerous to law enforcement because I can't recall hearing of them being attacked or killed often executing search warrants or during investigations. Also if sex offenders are so dangerous why lie about statistics often? It seems to me it would be important to study them and focus on the ones that don't reoffend. Wouldn't the goal be to study successful decades old offenders and how they accomplished it? I suspect they don't really care about successful rehabilitation.

I would also consider it a failure if half the offenders committed suicide.
