I am hoping after 16 long years I might have found someone who can help me. First of all I was convicted in Indiana in 4/1998 for sexual misconduct with a minor a ( c) felony 
4 years suspended 1 ( did a year and a half) had another case that ran consecutive to that one which I did first 10 do 5 aggravated battery ( this is important) ok I got out of prison in 2003 
On community transition released early 
Ok I was told to report to my probation officer after 90 days of in home detention, so I did. Went to see him approximately 2 times and he released me, not once did I had to register, so I get a letter from parole saying I had to go see them. Well they have me for the agg battery case. Well that’s what I thought which I was not wrong but he said that state override county and he made me register, well that is a little history for you now to some of the legal stuff, at the time I got my charge my case was not required to register the law changed in June saying if you got convicted on or after June of 1998 you had to register for the charge I got. Not no wheee did it say it was retroactive on my sentencing paper work the judge had a section where it said special stipulation mine was not mark. And no wheee did it say I had to register, well Indiana changed the law and then in 2007 they found that the ex post facto was a good thing, basically saying that it was unconstitutional to have that law retroactive so the Indiana Department of Correction were in charge to say who was on the registry and who wasn’t well the head guy named Brent Myers sent out a email to my sheriffs office in my county and the lady’s that handle sexoffender sent him a email back stating that I did not have no special stipulation on my sentencing paper work ( I have this email) so he kept me on the registry now it says that idoc was supposed to remove all offenders that were not required to register well some how my name slip through so I unknowingly knew all of this at the time 
So I moved out of Indiana in 2011 to South Carolina now they tell me that if Indiana releases me they will abide by Indiana due to that’s where I got my case well they lied. So I moved to another lifetime state Florida now Florida says if I can provide them with a document stating that Indiana has released me then they will take that as a good faith and see if I’m eligible to be off. Well South Carolina won’t release me off of their registry saying that the document from Indiana is not sufficient enough so Florida will not either. So I do not know what to do, I was told by Indiana that if I come back there then I fall under Florida guidelines and I’ll have to register for life, now this is like I’ve committed a charge in 3 states of sex crime I’ve contacted the smart office and they tell me that they can’t do anything even though they are the ones who give the stars federal funds for the registry I my self feel that this a federal case due to I didn’t get convicted in nether two states that have me on the registry and Indiana saying that if I come back even though they removed my name in 1/26/2017 ( yeah ten years of being on this when legally I was not required to) that I will have to register for life now tell me if that not getting convicted for the same crime over and over again, also back to parole I was violated a bunch of times one was saying I had a toy to entice kids with in my vehicle ( it was a Harley Davidson hog) then I was denied my parole plan saying I couldn’t live at my home was kept in prison longer than my outdated , I guess I am asking you if there is a way to do something about this. Or am I just screwed for life? I can’t take this no more they say it is not punishment to register well they are wrong I guess your my last hope I’ve tried lawyers and some say they have no clue to what to do , due to Indiana doesn’t have me on their registry so please help if you can
