the so called justice in this country totally disgusts me. people say that an innocent person doesn't plead guilty of a crime that they have not committed. that you are innocent until proven guilty. WHAT A F'ING JOKE.
what the F*CK do you do when the so called law and justice system is more concerned with racking up convictions and notches in their belts, than they are with whether a person is guilty or innocent??????
WHAT the F*CK is a person suppose to do? what choice does a person have? they are told they either HAVE to accept a plea deal, admit guilt, suck up 10yrs in prison (even if innocent)? or else the prosecutors will stack charges and you will face 30yrs, 50yrs or even life in prison. what would your choice be??? do you have $1,000's and $1,000's of dollars to throw away by going to trial???
the public defenders?? HA!! it's almost without fail that they DON'T give a shit about you!!! they are so freaking over loaded with cases that your just a number, a blip in their day. and we all know how interested in honesty and compassion prosecutors are!

I lived at work for over a year, sold a car to defend him.
He had to take a plea , looking at up to 10 years. They were going to up charges to distribution and go to trial which might have meant 25 years for my then 19 y.o. son.
The judge told him, after sentencing him to 30 months in federal that he's be fine when he got out.
He's 25 now, depressed , PTSD, a registered sex offender and still has 13 years left on supervised release. ..
I would say it was more the prosecutor and judge, who knew my son was innocent.. but said they needed to show they were tough on this kind of crime. Those are who really don't give a shit.
