Did they at least arrest the kids for trespassing, vandalism and destruction of private property? At least take them away from their parents, who can not seem capable of controlling the children.
This poor lady lady has been victimized and traumatized by these delinquents for years. I think she found a simplistic and non violent way of handling the situation.

Well Hank, the police would actually have to witness one of the kids trespassing in order to charge them. Not to mention they have the discretion to not charge them at all even if they do see it.

And yet the police arrested a lady for writing "The children look delicious. May I have a taste?". Good police work, I feel safer already.
