Okay. So, after a month of working on my report it is done - finely. Because my report is being publshed with state and judical officials who are engaged in reforming Missouri criminal justice and correctional systems of government, my report is, by law, a public record.

Of course, that does not mean anyone from the public will be given access to it by government officials since they much prefer to keep things behind closed doors. If anyone wants an electronic copy you may email me and I will send you a copy in PDF file format. My report is 45 pages long, so it is very detailed and covers 11 chapter subject matters. And while it discusses matters of law, it is not intended to give legal advice to anyone.

My report, while addressing matters related to Missouri, entails very extensive research that is universial to all states, correctional systems, and sex offender issues. It is a long report and while those in government will undoubtely say it is critical (because it is) and therefore unpopular speech, others will find something different.
