Goalone, I have been doing a lot of research on the whole SO and living with minor children thing; and that is why I made them include it in the plea deal (the victim, judge and prosecutor all had no worries about it ... seeing that this happened 24 years ago when my husband was 18). But has your SO done the child contact assessment? With talking with this doctor that does the evaluation she said normally if the offender has the judges approval or has passed the child contact assessment that they are ok to live with the family. Sorry you are going through this and the state.
