6 years later? Kratz harassed all sorts of women that he was supposed to be protecting by prosecuting their assailants. Immunity should be pulled from all officers of the court. The fact that it takes an act of GOD to get one of them be prosecuted in that boy club is the main reason. They go hell bent for leather when they prosecute anyone else, but when it is their neck on that chopping block how do they always seem to get a pass.

I used to say I didn't like this country, but I realized that I just dislike people in general... heheh

not to mention the number of people that he coerced sex out of in 'trade' for dropping their charges or whatever... not only should he be prosecuted but he should be getting one of those sentences the public demands for defenseless children. For he basically did the same thing... I don't need them to make new laws for him, just use the ones that are there to their 'fullest extent'... He was one that probably wanted these laws, so let him live with them. Seems only fair.

For this prosecutor and all like him, I believe they should throw the book to the fullest extent possible under the law, at them in sentencing
