Yes, I think in some cases where there's no evidence of a crime and questionable credibility of the accuser, they should polygraph. My husband's situation would have been perfect for it.
But, yeah I don't think any of the victim's groups would be up for it...even tho' false accusers hurt their cause and just the threat of a polygraph might keep some people from falsely accusing.
They said he had over 2000 'suspect' cp and he said there were maybe 1 or 2. In his confession I heard them stop and there was a silence , and then they continued. I'd ask them if they really thought he was a sex offender and see what comes up on a poly. Then the prosecutor lied continuously thruout the sentencing. They lie and it's ok, but they want my son to take a poly?
