Well, I can tell you that I am ticked off!!!! My son was transferred last week which is great. I did not know he was gonna get transferred and put money on my phone account with Regents/Correct Solutions. They charged me a fee of $9.95 to do this. Now I feel that since no calls were made from the time I put money on my account that I should be able to get that processing fee back. It makes me so mad that they said that they can't. So, I wrote to my bank! See below:

Correct Solutions said that they are unable to give me back my entire amount on my account. Its a processing fee. I would understand if I made calls to my son, but he was transferred out from another facility on that Monday morning, November 10th. I put the money on my account not knowing he was being transferred. I did this on Saturday, November 8th around noon. I think its ridiculous that they don't want to give me back my entire $50.00 as no calls were made. These prison systems just keep screwing people out of their money and I don't think I should have to pay this processing fee. Please see what you can do. I just hung up with Correct Solutions. These are the real crooks!!!!

Ok, so I told the girl that I was speaking to that this was not my son's money, but my money and I am tired of them screwing me. Ha ha ha I was so mad with her telling me what she told me that I told her I was telling my bank and I am reporting them to the DOC, etc. I had to hang up on her because I was so mad!!!

These companies are the REAL OFFENDERS!!!!!
