I saw them last year as hundreds of naked bike riders rode past my house. There were children in the street and in cars who see them. Boobies & pee-pees flopping all over the place.

In one Philly magazine there's a photo of naked bike riders on the cover and the story was '10 things college students should do in Philly' and this was the #1

Yeah.. read the rules. There are after parties where in some places clothing is optional. These are restaurants and main streets. My business is 1 block away from one of the after parties and my son, the sex offender lives a block from it as well.

I'm all for it if my son wasn't a sex offender.

Reminds me of the Boulder Pumpkin Run, which is more of an "unofficial" event. I remember a couple years back the runners were threatened with registry status if caught.
