This was written back n 1992.by Jerome G. Miller regarding Mitigating Professional Arrogance in the Treatment of sex Offenders...the Arrogance seems to have reached new highs since Dr. Miller made his observations but I'm sure it will strike a familiar cord here on families of sex Offenders living in what the article points out is and American Society fast becoming a culture of "moralists and busy Bodies" "More ominously, 'help' is being rooted in the false premises of the Criminal Justice System that there must always be a villain to be identified and punished and upon whom we can heap contempt and opprobrium, thereby redeeming ourselves and saving g the victim."
