i'm just guessing that more than a few of you have seen this before? but i just came across this article. i think it's a damn good one with examples of a lot of common sense.

what's heartbreaking tho? it's dated 2008. and in the ensuing 6 going on 7yrs since it was written the laws and situation has only gotten worse and the number of people on the registry has swelled to 819,218 men, women and children. that back then in 17 states it was a life time label. and still in so many states it's a life label/punishment no matter what!
with what's going on with the laws today, sure doesn't say much for common sense.

even with what i know now? i honestly can't say what i would do if someone were to touch and harm my grandson. the law probably wouldn't have to worry about arresting 'that' person.........
