Yeah this is pretty crazy if you ask me. Seriously when I was a child in 7th grade I mooned my class on a feildtrip. That could have landed me on the registry. Even though I am registered for other reasons this is still pretty dumb.

if they 'have' to have a registry the only ones that belong on there are violent offenders.

I don't know about your state, but in my state the sex offender bashing seems to have quieted down some. Maybe there is an end limit to how much you can torture and abuse one segment of the general public.

Naw! I'm probably being too optimistic. The General Assembly will start back up in January. I'm sure some insecure politician will try to grab some popularity points by sending sex offenders to new lows of legal abuse. They'll just have to be more creative because we already have the one where you're sentenced to life (on the registry) for having a full bladder.

So basically the 3 guys that got drunk and mooned everyone in Grease would be considered sex offenders (if that wasn't a movie). That's awesome...not!

and here all along i thought the RSO list was not intended for people who peed in public have they not said time and time again that the "list" is for people who did a sex crime? insert sarcasim where ever you like!

It's hard for me not to watch movies without scoffing and thinking that they'd be on the registry... Revenge of the nerds, for example.

Here in California, they have an annual tradition that everyone laughs about, the cops know about, and the news talk about it every year. It is called "Mooning the Amtrak". People get drunk and moon the train when it goes by. So far, it has been a fun event, and nobody seemed to have ever complained. So, will all these people now be two faced, thinking this is more than just harmless fun? I hate hypocrites. Pick a side already, will you? So, all these past "mooners" should be on the registry and serve time in jail, right? NOT!!!!

Any registry is a further erosion of our freedoms. the way it's going you'll end up on some registry before you exit grade school! Remember streaking? And how much of a joke it was made out to be? Zoom forward to today... Still a joke? Does anyone feel any safer knowing someone "Streaked?"

Here in Philly there are naked bike runs that go thru the city and no one says a thing. It's a yearly event. I've watched it from my window both times it went thru. Children standing in the streets and riding in cars are watching people ride their bikes as their boobies bounce and their junk hanging off the seat.

Kinda makes you wonder doesn't it?

Nak, i can't help but wonder what would happen if someone complained to the feds? told them all about the public nudity and indecency? of the little children seeing naked boobs and hangie down parts on the public streets?

stupid shit. they can do that but god help one of them if they get caught taking a whiz in the bushes....

Nak, I've read that in parts of San Fransisco, people are allowed to walk around in the nude. They even had to create a law that nudists had to use a cloth to sit on when in public.

But, the horror if someone takes a piss....
