OMG! What if you are done with probation and you do not have restrictions to stay away from parks and places where kids gather.

How does taking their car keep them from going to a park? This shit is so illogical!!!! The guy in the story was riding his bike! This kind of stuff makes me so angry. It makes parents focus on an imagined threat instead of where that threat may really exist... in the home. Which is where my daughters were hurt.

This just gives people a false hope of security and parents should watch their children when they go to the park. That is your job as a parent to watch and care for your children. Seems like they try to make laws so parents don't have to parent and that it is "someone elses" job to do so.

Besides taking away a vehicle also can take away their way to go to work too. Kind of dumb really. But I know I am preaching to the choir.

I could go on and on, so many dumb bills coming out and the way they write the news articles they try to put fear into people and that is just not fair on so many levels. Ugh!
