We finally got the Military to send the correct info, to prove to the sherrif that my son was not guilty of the charges they accused him of for the last 10 years. According to the Military,my son was found NOT GUILTY of all charges and one of the charges had been dropped! HE HAS BEEN INNOCENT all this time. We now have the paperwork to prove it. He has been on the sex offender registry for the past 10 years and was classified as a level 3 and was going to be on it for the rest of his life, all this time he was innocent. The sherrif has never had any proof he was ever guilty of anything, only the story of a nosey neighbor, and a computer error on the part of the Military. Finaly we may be able to get him off the registry! Our attorney says it is all up to the district attorney , it all depends on if they want to protect the sherrifs office, for their mess up. PLEASE PRAY FOR US. I'll keep you all posted. dsk
