New Mexico (questions on Registration requirements

Hello there,
I am once again still in my research and since I am not good at finding info I am once again turning to all my friends on this forum to either answer my questions or guide me to where I can find the info.

I heard someone say NM isn't to harsh with the regulations they impose on an SO. I did look into some homes in Mexico and see some areas that are reasonable in the price range Particularly in Kirkland (near the 4 corners)

Also how is the weather there do they see much cold bad weather? if so is there a milder area to live weather wise and low crime rate as well as homes with land for $20,000 to $100,000 in that ballpark?

I sure hope I am not a bother by always changing my ideas on places to move to its just in May I should have my Veterans Disability according to my Lawyer and possibly sooner so that means its time to find me a place I wish to go to.

My desires is minimum restrictions, a possibility of getting off the registry, and warm weather year round. I know its hard to find such an area but I do know it has to exist. (at least I am praying it does)

During my research of where to move, I found that New Mexico recently passed a law stating that they would adhere to the rules of the state from which you moved. Tread with caution - but, as I always say, I'm not a lawyer and I would suggest contacting a lawyer in the state you are planning to move to. Make absolutely sure that a move will not make your situation worse.

Actually if I could find a warm climate with the same laws as WV I would even consider that as WV doesnt have any restrictions I live where I want and do what I want to do only thing is register once a year the only thing I don't like is there isn't a tier system or risk assessment that will allow eventual release from the registry. No matter how little the crime you commit, even if it is public urination it is life on the registry here.

I mainly want the warmer climate and bare minimum registration I can live with. As far as restrictions go it sounds like we have the least amount of restrictions placed on us as anywhere else in the country. At least if your not on parole or probation.

I don't feel like 1 count of CP should qualify in same category as a repeat rapist and Everyone is just as bad as another unless they are considered a predator. That is the only time that things get rough here for someone.

I personally don't thank you should be on it for life for first time offender ether no mater how bad it is but that's me , fun12u , I too would like to know of a state near the beach that is just like wv warm client and all
