hi im new here. my current partner was open to me about his previous conviction ( possession of indecent images(he hacked a website for someone unknowing was indecent images of children ages 15-16) he got 6 month suspension and 7 years on the sex offenders register) this month i was visiting him and one day there was a knock on the door it was the police i knew they visited him but this time it wasn't a visit they took him to the station for questioning i was left alone in the flat shaken up i tried to keep my mind busy think it wasn't bad two hours later the police turned up without him.. i opened the door for them to say they have a search warrant so i allowed them to continue i pointed out what was mine, by then i knew it was serious so once they left i went straight over to his family to tell them at this time i was a state so we waited another two hours for them to release him. before he could tell me about it his parents got to him i was in the kitchen and heard it all.. they had taken PC's from his friends house they were investigating download indecent images.. he admitted for 2 months last year after heavy porn usage to downloading less than 100 images and now awaiting to go back for sentencing etc, i contacted Stop Now helpline and i came off upset they just simply went on about the distance and my age( im 20+). it wasn't no help im really hoping for some guidance and help i was planning on moving and im not sure because everything is up in the air, im giving him as much help as i can to get the help he needs to get him sorted but i still feel numb any help or support is welcomed.
