new here and scared

Hi my DH is in county has been since Easter got arrested in front of our 3 kids. They still don't know I love him and is standing by him my 14yr said that they had sex cant afford a lawyer cant afford his bail I love him and miss him so munch and so do our kids I guess I really don't know what to say or do anymore

Going through the court system is a very scary venture. If nothing else, see if you can get an attorney for you and your 14yr old as they will let you know your rights, whereas the system will exploit both of you.

You may feel like your abnormal for staying, even with what he's been accused of by your 14 yr old, however, your not. My daughter was victimized by my husband, and when I saw and heard him apologize and regret his actions, I knew me stating was the right decision. 95% of those with a sex crime, never reoffend. With supportive family, a job and housing, their risk levels drop even lower.

It's a scary ride, but we will help you through it. Welcome!
