Need Statistical Data From Credible Source

Hey guys and gals. I need web links to very, very credible government sources that show the national recidivism rate among sex offenders released back into the community is around 5.1 as the claim goes.

It is preferred that the web links be from government sources, but if it is a national organization that specifically deals with hardcore and credible data, that is okay too. But they need to deal with national statistics and not any particular state.
