well Thursday was my birthday and this is the first time in a very long time that i could say that i feel "FREE" due to the fact that i no longer have to drag my old carcass down to the police station to give my name ETC even though my case was suppose to have been over and done with back in 97 anyway i gave myself my own birthday present it felt so good to do this i called the sheriff dept the one that forced me out of the home that i had just moved into last year.i called and i said you made me move for nothing i also stated how does that make you feel? knowing you made someone on a fixed income who is also disabled who was NO threat to anyone how did it make you feel making me move? of course he tried to justify it i also told him about his Nazi stormtroopers that forced their way into my home he said if i was to read their report i am sure it would have been different from what you are saying.i then said you don't need to read a report i was there and im telling you what they did he then asked me why i was calling i said because it makes me feel better you made me move for no reason you violated my due process rights you violated not only the state but the US Constitution then i said i just wanted you to know i got a letter in June from the Attorney General's office stating i no longer have to register and he said at the time he was following the law he said i was a RSO i said excuse me I AM NO LONGER A RSO! yes he sounded quite upset but i don't care that phone call made me feel better and i wanted to rub his nose in it was i being childish? maybe a little but it felt oh so good!!!!!!
